The Project Maoyuan · Hongxitai adopted the world's top inside-out process, adhered to the concept “to participate in life and enjoy life”, built reversely in an inside-out manner with human senses and the space where people are located as the starting point. PROJECT INTRODUCTION
Maoyuan · Diaoyuntai is located on the west side of Kangzhuang Road East, the Southwest Third Ring (Shoujingmao Station of Metro Line 10). Based on the site of the Villa Garden of the Imperial Envoy Han in early Yuan Dynasty, the Project drew on Wright’s architectural concept, integrated several Chinese and Western architectural styles, took the lead to create compound full curtain wall building system with ingenuity and built 106 mansions based on customers’ needs.
Maoyuan · Diaoyuntai invested huge sums of money to elaborately built a 3,500㎡ landscape garden on a platform. The Project integrated the essence of Chinese and western garden design, absorbed the artistic conception of the famous Jiangnan garden Humble Administrator Garden and formed a modern landscape garden with traditional charm by building a garden on the platform. The garden design with nine streams, five platforms and 12 attractions more highlights the charm of Diaoyuntai as palace mansions.

The garden adopted the layout of “courtyard in garden”, while buildings are in a checkerboard pattern with propriety as the first. The landscape in the garden varies with steps. Every landscape and every building are upward, meaning rising step by step and emphasizing homecoming rituals. In consideration of the difference in the needs in different aspects, the architectural structure of Maoyuan · Diaoyuntai adopted the chief compound exterior wall system in Beijing. The facade was constructed by the compound exterior wall system. Maoyuan · Jingyue is located in the West Third Road and is a low-density urban villa community originally built. In terms of the overall shape and structure, the “courtyard” of traditional Chinese residential architecture is taken as the design mechanism, and the classical European architecture as the framework. In terms of overall planning, Maoyuan · Jingyue covers an area of 27,300㎡, with an overall floorage of 128,400㎡. The Project is a villa community mainly composed of low-density products.
