1、主持制定符合项目情况的物业管理方案,并控制其有效实施,保证满足客户需求;
2、组织并监督管理客户服务、设施设备维保服务、安全服务、环境服务等日常服务工作;
3、负责带领团队完成物业管理委托合同工作内容,确保完成管理公司年度目标;
4、负责对项目采购合同及服务合同的审定和监督;
5、负责制定项目公司总结,计划及年度预算,并对项目公司预算支出及收入进行控制。
任职要求:
1、本科以上学历,8年以上高档住宅物业管理经验,具有物业管理相关资质、酒店管理经验,金钥匙管家者优先考虑;
2、熟悉高档住宅项目的前期物业流程,售楼处物业管理;
3、具有较强的行政管理能力;
4、良好的理解和表达能力,善于沟通,很好的团队合作意识;
5、有别墅管理经验都优先考虑。
6、持有全国物业企业经理上岗证或物业管理师证书和注册物业师者优先;
7、精通工程维修、消防、安保、监控、清洁等各项管理流程和规范,具有住宅项目操盘经验者优先。
8、年龄40岁以下。

1、负责对公司项目房产的销控管理;
2、负责对公司项目客户的合同管理和CRM系统管理;
3、负责楼盘销售数据(日报表、周报表、月报表)报表的汇总工作,及公司各个部门的沟通与协调工作;
4、负责销售现场签约程序的管理,办理房地产销售合同(网签)等级备案、银行按揭等工作。签约流程的监控及意见反馈等工作;
5、负责与房管局对接,进行合同的变更、注销等工作,完成合同的认购、签约、更名、换房、退房等工作;
6、负责保管和整理项目的客户资料,完善部门工作流程,做好本部门与其他部门的沟通协调。

1、大专以上学历,具有相关工作经验,有亲和力;
2、熟练使用 word,excel.PPT 等办公软件和表格;
