PROJECT INTRODUCTION
The GFNC covers an area of 17,200 m2; the overall floorage is about 130,000 m2. The Project is located in Jinjiao Jinjie, Qiansanmen Avenue, Beijing and close to Metro Line 2 and Line 4; it is in the south of the intersection of Xidan District and West Chang’an Street that guards the white-gold cross and is a new landmark of West Chang’an Street.
The GFNC mainly attracts financial insurance, securities and futures, investment consulting, information services, communication information and other world-renowned companies to achieve its objective as a finance leader on capital hinterland.
As the core area of a new generation of international Grade A office in Beijing, the GFNC adopts the world’s leading technological products, to really realize the perfect unity of art and use, ecology and environmental protection and comfort and efficiency. In terms of comfort, quality, appearance design, space design, supporting facilities and other aspects, the Project has its unique advantages and is specially equipped with apartment hotel, multi-functional business center, commercial center and other supporting environment to meet the functional requirements of business and office integration in the age of globalization.
PROJECT CHARACTERICS
The GFNC is the first to use high-end office building materials in China and even in the world. The Project used CALEPONIA stone imported from Canada, built the landmark image of the skyscrapers and boulders with“super size and height” and initiative streamlined building structure, breaking the monotonous "flat top" style of high-grade office buildings and traditional interior effects in Beijing, subverting the consistent visual effects of downtown buildings, making each tower top slope and corner have unique characteristic and tension and creating a new style of postmodern architecture with strong visual impact and blasting force.
a. Facade — exquisite craft, internal and external aesthetic perception
the "GFNC” used curved surface, spherical surface, cone and other asymmetric streamline shape designs at surface-surface junctions of the building and greatly challenged Traditional stone processing techniques. The external facade is designed as a window-wall structure and adopts dry hanging stone and low-radiation hollow glass aluminum curtain wall; the internal facade uses glass curtain. The external is stable and the internal empty and transparent, fully reflecting the excellent quality of world-class enterprise business platform.
b. Lobby — sunny and transparent with perfect facilities
The lobby of the GFNC covers an area of 1,500 m2, adopts the column-free design with a height of 12 m. The top adopts cable point glass roof design. The lobby is sunny and transparent. The walls and the floor are paved with high-end stone. The lobby is equipped with large electronic display screen to display daily updates. Functionally, it reflects the commercialization, informatization and the perfectness of business supporting facilities.
c. Spaciousness — broad vision and healthy lighting
Spaciousness was taken into full account when designing the GFNC, four evenly distributed core tubes were used as a whole. When the core tubes are interconnected, they can be used as a whole and divided into four relatively independent buildings; besides, the windows of each office can be opened for lighting; and the lighting effects are excellent, which not only avoids light pollution, but also saves energy. The Project took the needs of international customers into full account and met the strict standards for international financial information enterprise offices.
d. Lifts — reasonably allocated to ensure both quality and quantity
There are a total of 35 lifts in the building, with each serving 4,100 m2, exceeding 900 m2, the standard for lift service area for international Grade-A office buildings. The GFNC reasonably guides the stream of people to shorten their lift waiting time to allow them to arrive at the destination within the shortest time. In addition, advanced traffic flow simulation and analysis software was used for modeling analysis, which is ahead of international standards.
e. Air conditioner — international brand, energy saving and comfortable
In terms of the fresh air system, the Project takes the lead to introduce adopts the vrv—w11 water-ring intelligent central system of DAIKIN, providing the office with the optimal fresh air in Beijing. All parts of the central air conditioner, such as plate heat exchanger, air conditioning cooling pump, centrifugal chiller, cooling tower, fan coil, heat recovery unit, air supply and exhaust unit, choose international famous brand with the advantages of energy saving, health, flexibility and comfort.
f. Environment — human nature, unique charmThe GFNC attaches full importance to the integration of humanity and nature and the integration of humanity and office in commercial buildings, makes full use of the environment to drive the creativity and enthusiasm of employees, so as to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. The Project is surrounded by the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Concert Hall, Xuanwu Church, China Club Senior Club, Greening Leisure Square and other sites, integrating humanity, nature, art and life into one and giving full play to the productivity creation of the office building.

h. Transportation — excellent location and convenient transportation
The ground traffic network ensures convenient transportation: the Project is adjacent to several urban traffic trunk lines and has free access to the major business districts in Beijing. The Project is close to the Qiansanmen Avenue and West Chang’an Street in the north, leads to the West Second Ring Road, the West Third Ring Road and the West Fourth Ring Road in the west, close to 70 m-wide Xuanwai Avenue in the east, directly leads to the South Second Ring Road in the south and connects Xidan Street in the North. The Shangxie Street to be constructed is on the south side and will be 25 m in width upon completion. The ground traffic network ensures convenient transportation.
The rail traffic is criss-cross: the Project is close to Metro Line 1, Line 2 and Line 4, thus having high accessibility.
